The Love of Grain

DiFran Dough Co. started with a 19-year-old, a sourdough starter named Penelope, and a love for making really good food from scratch. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a small weekend bakery serving fresh sourdough breads, bagels, cookies, and more. Every order is still made by hand, in small batches, with the same care that started it all.
